About us

CBPM Service is a team of ERP specialists helping Ukrainian companies implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, migrate from 1C and BAS ERP, and build manageable business processes. We combine many years of ERP implementation experience, an understanding of Ukrainian accounting, and a practical approach to automation. For us, ERP is not just software — it is a tool that should support the real logic of business, finance, operations, and management.

History

When we started, the ERP market in Ukraine was very different. Implementations could take years, budgets increased along the way, and the final result often failed to match what had been promised at the start. Clients had become used to hearing that “this is just how it works.”

We decided it should not be that way.

Over 25 years, we have gone through crises, platform changes, and market transformation. Each time, we returned to the same question: how can we make sure the client gets what they expected — within the promised timeframe and at the agreed price? The answer became our methodology.

2001

The first steps of our team members in business process automation after completing their education in economics. The work began in different formats and with individual practical business tasks.

2004

A meeting of former university classmates that marked the beginning of future collaboration. This was when the first small joint automation projects emerged.

2005

Delivery of the first major joint project. This experience became an important milestone in shaping the team’s approach to business system implementation.

2006

The first employee who was not a co-owner joined the team. This became the first step toward systematic growth and building a standalone company.

2008

Official registration of the legal entity. The company moved from a joint-project format to a stable organizational structure.

2010

One of the company’s ERP implementations ranked among the three largest ERP implementations in Ukraine. This confirmed the team’s ability to deliver large-scale and complex projects.

2014

More than 150 successfully completed automation projects. The company accumulated extensive experience implementing systems for businesses of different sizes.

2018

The beginning of business diversification. The team conducted an in-depth market analysis, explored new opportunities, and identified promising platforms for further development.

2022

Launch of the Business Central practice: building the team, training specialists, and obtaining certifications. The company began developing expertise within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

2023

The first Business Central project. The new practice moved from preparation to practical implementation for a client.

2025

Today, the CBPM Service team includes nearly 20 specialists and continues to expand its expertise in ERP implementation, business process automation, and post-launch client support.

Implementation of the sales subsystem in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Spanish localization

Before the project began, key sales, inventory management, and financial reporting processes were distributed across four different systems, making it impossible to manage them effectively within a single environment. Implementation of a retail network based on LS Central for stores in four countries

The main objective for the CBPM Service team was to build a retail environment based on LS Central and Business Central for stores in Spain, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Poland, with each location having its own fiscal and operational requirements. The key challenge was to simultaneously support local accounting, POS transactions, cross-border consignment processes, and data transfer to the central management database.

Implementation of a central management accounting database aggregating data from different locations

For a company with its own manufacturing operations and B2B/B2C sales across several countries, our team designed a central Business Central MAIN database for the group’s management accounting. Its purpose is to aggregate data from local operational databases and external systems, support cross-border scenarios, including consignment, and provide P&L reporting.

Exchange of period expenses and income between local databases and the Business Central management database

Each local database maintained its own statutory accounting separately, so consolidating the group’s income and expenses into a single view required manual reconciliation of data from several systems in spreadsheets. The CBPM Service team built a controlled exchange between the local databases and the management database: accounts, dimensions, and entries are matched automatically, while the client’s finance team receives consolidated data without manual consolidation.
