Mariia’s journey to CBPM Service began while she was looking for a new professional direction. She earned a degree in International Economics from Lviv Polytechnic National University and, before joining the company, worked as a specialist in issuing electronic digital signatures and as a software consultant for submitting reports to regulatory authorities.

Today, Mariia successfully combines the roles of business analyst and project manager. Her responsibilities include managing projects, communicating with clients, analyzing their needs, and finding the most suitable solutions for their operations. Her colleagues value her for her responsibility, professionalism, and ability to build effective communication with both clients and the development team.

What inspires Mariia most in her work is the opportunity to improve clients’ business processes. She enjoys analyzing customer needs, finding ways to optimize processes, and creating solutions that make people’s daily work simpler and more efficient.

Her main source of motivation is seeing the results of her own work. Positive client feedback, successfully completed projects, and continuous professional development inspire her to keep moving forward and take on new challenges.

Outside of work, Mariia prefers an active lifestyle. She enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, exercising, meeting friends, and reading extensively.
